Hamilton, Bruce

Bruce Hamilton lives and works in Arcata, California.

He was deeply influenced by the philosophy and geometry of R. Buckminster 'Bucky' Fuller, and was involved with the design of the first geodesic backpacking tent, naming it the 'Oval Intention.' His designs are hand-crafted and are meant to be seen as well as felt. No two of his sculptures are precisely the same.
